LADIES SELF DEFENCE LESSONS.
Easy to learn, my own and a combination of styles including Fudoshin (Full contact).Tai Chi, Tomiki Aikido and Ishinryu Karate.
You will need 12 hours of basic lessons.
I will need accommodation and travelling fees paid.
Cost 8 Euro per hour.
I will not offer this training to men....so ladies be prepared and learn to defend yourself.!
