Inbev, the world's largest brewing company is now recruiting new customer service and finance teams for their business operations in Holland and Germany. The teams will work in Inbev's new business centre in Prague.

We have many different vacancies including:

Credit and Collections Specialists

* Carry out credit checks and credit analysis for existing and future customers.
* Build relationships and negotiate with key accounts to create good cooperation.
* Cooperate and interract with other members of the finance team to ensure a streamlined collections process.
* Produce customer performance reports, identify areas of improvement, potential risks etc.

Billing Specialists

* Control all standard and non-standard invoicing/billing processes.
* Deal with customer enquiries and help customers with queries regarding the order process.
* work with little supervision, managing your own daily activities and targets.
* Create a high level of professionalism and efficiency within the department.

Real Estate Contract Managers

Responsibilities will include:
* Creating detailed business contracts for company owned real estate.
* Create and support leasing/hire purchase agreements.
* Communicate and support commercial tennants and business partners.

Customer Service (various Specialisations).

Responsibilities will include:
* Build relationships and customer confidence by providing a high level of service.
* Deal with existing business customers across the Europe.
* Manage customer requests, queries and complaints, involving other team members as necessary.
* Achieve service level targets and ensure customer satisfaction long term.
* Specialise in financial or logistic areas with a view to progressing to other jobs in the future.

We Require
* English and Dutch or German language skills
* EU passport or full working permission for CZ
* Relevant previous working experience in an administration, logistics, contract administration, customer management or finance a focused position, (for some entry level positions we will accept applicants without specialist experience)
* Good general PC skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage, but full training will be given)
* Enthusiasm and wish to work in a cooperative, growing international team environment
