BE CAREFUL YOU MAY NOT NOW OWN IT!
We invested quite a lot of money with our neighbour and installed a gas pipe. Now 2 new houses are being built and the gas company see no reason to seek our permission or pay any compensation towards us. It seems that they can just "borrow" and then decide they own your property. So beware, if you need a gas supply, and pay for the work. you will lose your investment. Has anyone else had this problem?
