ICON is seeking to fill six new positions. Each position will provide service in the following languages.

Native German,

Native French (with Spanish,or Dutch, or Italian)

Native Dutch .

UK English

All candidates must possess a Native level English. This position is for our blue chip client,Texas Instruments. This candidate will be focusing on service excellence and keeping customers whilst maintaining the highest quality customer care for our valuable client.

B2C Agent Profile:

The focus of a B2C Agent is set to service its business partners from a commercial prospective The range of services are as follows.

Job Description:

The B2C Agent will be responsible for all services to the technology company dedicated to educational business solutions.

The B2C Agent will be responsible for all telephone in-bound and

out-bound communications.

Handling all faxes and e-mails.

Providing post sales support and trouble shooting.



Essential Skills and Personality Requirements:

Customer service experience

Higher education

Technology related studies are considered an asset

Fluent to native level in German, French, or Dutch (French with Italian is

considered an asset)

All to possess fluent English language skills

Advanced logical and analytic skills

Strong knowledge of mathematics

Knowledge of Oracle Applications

Knowledge of CRM Technology

Advanced IT Knowledge
