There is no general roule about Romanian girls. Some are students, some are working, some want to have foreigners as boyfriends, some don't, some of them are poor and think it's ok to steal, some of them are poor but wouldn't steal ever.....some of them lie, some of them don't.
Internet cafes are for everyone that doesnt have internet at home or work.
Apart from these internet cafes, there are special places, usually ran by expats that hire girls and boys to chat, naked or not with people all over the world.
I'm sure that name is her real name, because otherwise she couldnt have taken the money from Western Union
You shouldnt call that man your boyfriend. It's obvious he is not interested in you and doesnt love you and respect you at all.

Please, help me with those doubts, if you can...
1) my boyfriend sent around 700US dollars to a webcam girl he was having a "relationship" with and she claimed she was robbed in the light of the day when leaving the western union where the money was sent. She said she was severely beaten and had to go to the hospital , go under operation, almost lose her vison, needed money for operation, etc... Lets say she was actually robbed and beaten when leaving western union and had to go the hospital and everything she said about operation, the risk of losing her vision and so on...How could I know if it has happened or not? Would this "robbery" and "internation" in the hospital be reported in any place?

2) My boyfriend sent her 3 letters to the address she gave him, but all of them returned to him due to "wrong address". In certain moment she said that she had an address just for receiving correspondence. She claimed that she lives in a very poor part of the city, so she has a "correspondence address" in a best part of the city so she can put it on her curriculum. She claims that if she puts her real address in her CV nobody would give her a good job... Could it be true?

3) She claims her name is Mihoc Elena Roxana. Is there any way I can see if there is such a person in Bucharest?

4) Another big curiosity:
She says her work right now is working as " advice giver" in these webcam sites. Is there such a work?

5) She claims she couldnt find another kind of work that pays as good as webcam service, that the unemployment is too big, that if she had to work as a waitress, for instance, that she wouldnt be able to receive enough money to live. In other words: she hates what she does but she doesnt have other better options in Romania.

6) The other girl he is involved with says she studies Engineer at the university in Bucharest but she didnt have money to the registration so she would have to stop her studies for a year. My ex-boyfriend offered her money for that, but she didnt accept. That made me think if she is a good girl. But she is the one who goes to cybercafe to do her university work because she doesnt have acess to a computer out of her work (webcam girl). He said that he even saw her and her friend through the cam while they were "studying" at the cyber, that he even saw them messing around with papers and so on....

7)Thing is: I read in one of these forums that cybercafes are used mainly for poor girls to look for "husbands" or "boyfriends". They even say that cybercafes are "dating agencies" for girls who doesnt have much money...Is that true or a prejudice??

I would say that I have nothing at all against romanian girls, romanian culture. I know it is a beautiful country, with great cultural history, been one of the best in all europe in computer technology...I dont mix it with the "not so honest" people that exist in all countries...I just want to know about this MIHOC ELENA ROXANA and how the webcam girls service works...
