WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR?

This apartment is rented by owner, currently at doctoral studies in the States. Thus, I am looking for a trustworthy, very clean, and very responsible person who would pay all the duties in time, and maintain the apartment and its belongings in excellent condition. (References required)

I prefer a foreign professional, a business person, or a Romanian inpat.

I prefer to rent long-term (minimum one year)

The apartment is best suited for one person, but a family of two will find it equally comfortable.

RENT

The rent is negotiable between 550-600 Euros/month (without utilities), depending on the length, and other renting conditions
The advantage of this apartment is that utilities are incredibly low compared with similar buildings in Bucharest.

Two months advance rent and a security deposit of one month rent are to be paid to secure moving in.
