Romanian government cuts state secretaries, subprefects
[Jul 15, 2010] [via YahooNews]Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc on Wednesday signed a decree to lay off 17 state secretaries at ministries and announced that the positions of subprefect will be cut by half.
