(AP:BUCHAREST, Romania) A Romanian mayor has been sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison for buying a property for city hall at a vastly inflated price. Cristian Anghel, the mayor of Baia Mare, was sentenced Wednesday for misspending public money in the 2006 transaction.
